The Landlord of a retail strip secured a corporate lease with Verizon Wireless. Once the lease was executed, the Landlord had a set time frame to complete the work in accordance with Verizon’s vanilla box requirements. Given the complexity of national tenant’s vanilla box requirements, the Landlord relied heavily on Duemelands’ in-house construction manager within the property management team.
