April Eide has worked for Duemelands Commercial Real Estate since November of 2000. Over the years, she has been involved in nearly all aspects of the business including property management, lease abstracts, development pro forma analysis, human resources, office administration, budgeting, and forecasting. As a Financial Accounts Manager and licensed real estate agent, she is responsible for maintaining the financial statements for the firm’s entire portfolio of properties nationwide.
April’s background includes business start-ups and ownership of Helping Hands Home Care and Mobile Ads. Her background and relational approach enable her to understand and satisfy her clients’ business needs. April’s attention to detail and ability to address many different client and business needs make her a valued resource in the commercial real estate world, and her energetic attitude and perseverance have shown through time and time again as she exceeds the expectations of her clients.
April obtained her real estate license in 2007 and earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Since obtaining her real estate license, April has teamed up with Jill Duemeland at Duemelands in Tenant and Landlord Representation working with clients such as Oppidan, Granite Peak Development, MDU Resources Group, Caribou Coffee, Mattress Firm, Menards, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Tamarack Materials, SM Energy, Riddle’s Jewelry, FedEx Office, and Investors Real Estate Trust (IRET).
April and her family have served as State Ambassadors for the March of Dimes. April is also an active Junior Achievement Volunteer and has served as a troop leader for Dakota Horizons Girl Scouts. She is a current member of the following: Bismarck Mandan Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors (NAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Bismarck Mandan Leadership Alumni, Christ the King Catholic Church, Centennial School Parent-Teacher Organization, Bismarck Youth Baseball, and Bismarck Hockey Boosters.
April recently received the distinction of being named North Dakota Business Watch 40 Under 40. In addition, April was selected for the Bismarck Mandan Chamber Leadership Program.
April and her husband, Scott, live in Bismarck, ND along with their four children.
