Debbie Anderson has worked for Duemelands since February of 2009. Since that time, Debbie has been involved with property management, office administration, accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining the company’s computer network systems.
When she came to Duemelands, Debbie brought with her a vast array of computer knowledge having previously been service manager for Inacom Information Systems, and experience in the banking industry on both the regulatory side at State of South Dakota Division of Banking, as well as the bank side in the loan department of American State Bank in Pierre, SD.
Debbie obtained her North Dakota real estate license in 2011, is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is currently working towards her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Since obtaining her real estate license, Debbie has teamed up with Aaron Stenberg at Duemelands Commercial in Property Management working with clients such as Thompson National Properties, Cole Holdings Corporation, Verizon Wireless, Qdoba Mexican Grill, HuHot Mongolian Grill, Rock 30 Games, and Complete Nutrition.
Debbie’s meticulous attention to detail ensures client expectations are continually exceeded. Her property management experience, bookkeeping background, and working relationships with local vendors assure clients that their investment is managed in a professional manner and maintenance items are promptly addressed.
Debbie and her husband, Dave, have two children and reside in Bismarck, ND.
